Welcome to the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme at the University of Macau! I am honored to embark on this challenging yet rewarding study journey with you.

The world is undergoing unprecedented changes, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area has become a key region for China’s economic development. As a decision maker, you need to not only master excellent management skills, but also possess keen insights, a strong sense of social responsibility, and high moral standards. You must continuously learn and apply innovative thinking to solve complex business problems.

In the DBA programme, you will have the opportunity to deeply explore the latest management theories and practices, and use rigorous research methods to address complex business challenges in the Greater Bay Area and globally. Through an inspiring and interactive learning environment, interaction with professors and peers, you will be able to enhance your critical thinking and leadership skills, becoming an outstanding leader with high ethical principles and a strong sense of social responsibility.
